Whole Lamb (large)

  • Live: $4.50/lb (avg 55 lbs, $250). $25 Delivery available for local customers
  • Butchered (Skinned or not): $7.50/lb hanging weight (avg 40 lbs, $300)
  • Processed (non USDA): $10.5/lb (avg 30 lbs, $375)
  • PRE-ORDER: Deposit of $150 live, $175 slaughtered, $200 processed

Half Lamb (avg  15 lbs meat)

  • $12.65/lb (avg $190)
  • PRE-ORDER: Deposit of $100

Quarter Lamb (avg 7.5 lbs meat)

  • $13.30/lb (avg $100)
  • PRE-ORDER: Deposit of $50

Whole Lamb (small) Perfect for Lamb Roasts!

  • Live: $5.00/lb (avg 35 lbs, $175). $25 Delivery available for local customers
  • Whole Butchered (Skinned or not): $9.00/lb hanging weight (avg 25 lbs, $225)
  • PRE-ORDER: Deposit of $100 live, $125 butchered

Raw Sheep Pelt – $35

*Though proportions vary, a processed whole lamb generally includes:  Chops ( lbs), Shank ( lbs), Leg ( lbs), Shoulder roast ( lbs), Stew meat ( lbs),Ground ( lbs), Bratwurst ( lbs)
