PORK

Raised on intensively-rotated pasture in spacious mobile paddocks with ample shade, shelter, and wallows;  Diet of foraged pasture is supplemented with Carbondale-grown, sprouted whole grains, spent grains from local breweries, and recycled produce from groceries and restaurants;  Never treated with antibiotics or hormones. Pigs are a cross of two heritage breeds selected for their foraging capabilities, hardiness on pasture, and flavorful meat.
